What Youll Do

Ciscos DevNet and CX Ecosystem Success organization is part of the $12 billion Customer Experience (CX) business at the core of the company today.

Our CX Community accelerates the adoption of CX by mobilizing the worlds most engaged community of customer-centric experts. Core to the CX Community is the connectivity platform that unites our customer experience experts and teams allowing them to connect and collaborate in order to deliver success at Cisco scale.

CX Enablement transforms the knowledge of stakeholders and SMEs into compelling learning experiences for CX employees, Sales and Channel Partners across the globe to drive role-specific, technology architecture, and CX portfolio and lifecycle motion. This is all done in partnership with CX Product Management and Role Communities.

The leader of CX Communities & Enablement is responsible for:

  • Enabling the workforce that can power business growth aligned with the CX Strategy
  • Strong Stakeholder interlocks CX Regions & Centers, CX Marketing, CXPM, Global Sales Strategy, Global Services Sales, Global Partner org
  • Providing the training, content, processes, practices and tools needed to support CX, Sales & Partner teams throughout the customers lifecycle journey

You have an outstanding record of delivering compelling training programs and have experience launching and growing loyal communities.

Requirements:

  • You've achieved 15+ years progressive of experience building communities and growing/delivering learning programs at scale that empower sales and drive revenue
  • Familiar knowledge of Cisco products and strong familiarity with Customer Experience and the customer success motion
  • 10 years or more of management experience and leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to use data & metrics to drive & build sales pipeline and increases learners productivity
  • Strong communicator who is used to achieving results in a highly matrixed organization
  • Creative thinker and aptitude for innovating including knowing the latest learning trends in the market
