Auto req ID: 251802BR Job Description PepsiCo recently announced plans to enter a business relationship with Boston Beer, where Boston Beer will develop and manufacture a new flavored malt beverage HARD MTN DEW. As part of the business arrangement, PepsiCo has set up a new entity, Blue Cloud Distribution, Inc. (BCD) for wholesale operations of the product including selling, delivering, and merchandising the product. We are looking for talented and passionate team members to join the BCD team that will bring this exciting new product to market. As part of the Commercial Project Team supporting this business collaboration, you will lead the overall HARD MTN DEW customer strategy to include ownership of the sales, sales strategy, commercialization and demand accelerator to ensure market penetration of this exciting new product. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Build the long-term enterprise, portfolio strategy for HARD MTN DEW to deliver sustainable, profitable growth for BCD Provide superior customer-centric service and selling expertise The primary point of contact with for all customers that sell HARD MTN DEW Own the creation and deliverables of the Alcohol AOP Primary seller of HARD MTN DEW initiatives, any additional innovation, and account-specific programs Ensure a culture of compliance in regard to this highly regulated industry Develop and promote a deep knowledge and understanding of alcohol industry regulations (including all applicable state and federal laws) Ensure training regarding alcohol industry regulations and sales are relevant and updated/enhanced to train all applicable employees effectively and efficiently Actively interact and consult with Legal and other appropriate cross-functional support teams to support a culture of compliance and training. Collaborate and partner with all functions in BCD to align and drive initiatives Drive business development by leading the evaluation of potential M&A and alliances Assist in creating and selling annual joint business plans by utilizing shopper insights data and fact-based analysis to create customer/channel strategy Ownership of account communication with all key stakeholders including cross-functional Strategy, Commercial and Supply Chain Collaborate across all areas of business planning: forecasting, internal and external communication, reporting, financial accounting, administration, and customer service. Communicate customer plans to appropriate cross-functional support teams in a concise and timely manner to maximize execution and sales (Strategy, Legal, Finance, Logistics, and CIC Teams) High sense of urgency around customer service and internal operation needs Qualifications/Requirements 15+ years of commercial selling experience Strong experience in project management and strategy Malt Beverage, Spirits/Wine industry preferred BA required (MBA strongly preferred) A highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
