**Overall Purpose** : This career step requires senior level experience. Responsible for cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers, and our vendors/partners. Works with senior team members on various projects relating to the protection of devices, customers, assets, data, information technology, and networks. Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with the cyber security programs.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Includes ideation, testing, proof of concept and support for various cyber related projects. Analysis, of complex security issues and the development and engineering activities to help mitigate risk. Analyzes various hardware and/or software solutions recommending purchases and identifying modifications to fit AT&T's cyber security needs and that of our managed services teams. Develops policies and procedures to minimize network intrusion, malware events and vulnerability issues for internal and external customers. Applies measures to block malicious code and applications. Includes forward looking research, planning and strategy to strengthen our stance against future cyber security threats, and enhance our mitigation techniques and technology solutions. Areas of work in this areas include, but are not limited to: Cyber Incident Response, cyber products testing, cyber risk & strategic analysis, cyber research, cyber awareness & training, cyber vulnerability detection & assessment, cyber intelligence & investigation, cyber networks & systems engineering, cyber security application testing, cyber digital forensics & forensics analysis, cyber software assurance, cyber business operations & support, cyber application development & testing, cyber operational support, cyber IoT planning & testing, cyber policy & requirements & standards.

Product manager who will build out strategic and tactical roadmap and requirements to help facilitate execution of AT&Ts One ID initiative in the consumer space, specific to mobile usage. The specific focus will be on the mobile identity and access management portion of the program that focuses on ensuring users are properly authenticated and authorized before access is granted. Building secure and easy to use experiences is the core of the role. This role will use empathy and superior communication skills to understand the needs of the users, understand the gaps, and draft high-level requirements in the Agile Safe construct (features). Additionally, they will partner with other groups such as product owners, architecture and devops teams to implement the solution. The product manager will also be involved in mapping out strategy for migration of end users onto the new solution and working with the program team on communication plans.

**Responsibilities Include:**

70% Product Management Vision support and requirements Define and manage the delivery of secure and effortless authentication experiences for consumer users. Includes how users log into mobile (SDK, mobile web, mobile apps) across platforms (iOS, Android, TV Platforms).

This position will provide long range product strategy, roadmap and tactical support as relates to the One ID initiative in the consumer space, specific to mobile. Resource will define and categorize roadmap items, create artifacts which illustrate vision for MVP and build out the supporting timelines. They are responsible for the roadmap, which illustrates, at a high level, how features are intended to be implemented delivering a comprehensive solution.

Feature/Function Requirements development- Resource filling this position will create EPICs and features (using Scaled Agile methodology). Act as the internal voice of the customer, understanding end user needs, to build out appropriate solutions. They will understand and consider the budget for the upcoming fiscal period, and how this will impact their initiatives. Acts as lead product manager for communicating the vision to the development team and defines the features of the system. In collaboration with system and solution architect/engineering, they also create and maintain the nonfunctional requirements, to help ensure that the solution meets high standards and other system quality requirements. In charge of managing the load of work through the program backlog. Also, in charge of making sure that there are enough features ready in the backlog at all times. Works with release management to decide when enough value has been accrued to warrant release to customer. Expected to understand the scope of upcoming enabler work and to work with system and solution architects to assist with decision making and sequencing of technological infrastructures that will host new business functionality. Participates in system demos. Assess metrics, including evaluation of business value achieved vs planned.

15% Research: Understanding latest security technologies in the Identity and Access Management as it relates to mobile experiences. Understanding single sign-on across apps, when mobile device authentication (biometrics or PIN) can be leveraged, and how to best integrate with other apps is major plus. Experience with mobile development frameworks (React, etc) helpful to explore future roadmap possibilities. Knowing the threat landscape as to latest attack methodologies including phishing, smishing and watering-hole. Partnering with IT teams to understand technology landscape of different users across the company. Apply research to know the right controls to achieve maximum security outcomes with minimum user friction.

15% Security Policy Review/Analysis: Researches, recommends, documents and coordinates change to policies as needed. Facilitates compliance with company security policies practices and legal requirements by ensuring enhancing requirements align with legal and CSO policy guidelines. May direct development of reference materials and procedures as needed that support the IAM security product suite as is impacted and or applies to One ID efforts. Works with peers to provide information regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, hijacking of accounts, alteration or denial of access to information.

**Accreditation, Certification, or Licenses:** Azure or AWS certifications.

Security certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or Security+ certification desired but not required.

Agile Safe for Teams (or Leading Agile Safe) certification highly desired.

Experience with mobile apps desired.

**Job Contribution** : Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.

**Education:** Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security or equivalent experience.

**Experience:** Typically requires 5-8 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

**Supervisory:** No.

This role is a Senior product manager in our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in the Cyber Security Office (CSO). This role will focus on the mobile portion of our consumer identity platform. We're deploying technologies that leverage the power of our networks to enable more secure and seamless login experiences for our 100M+ customers and you would be instrumental in that process.

A background in enterprise applications, managing rollouts at scale, and the ability to learn new and complex technical ideas will be key to your success. Additionally, experience with mobile apps, SDKs, iOS, Android, and TV (10-foot) operating systems would be a great asset.
