TheSenior Credentialing Representativeassists in the programs to build and nurture positive relationships between the health plan, providers (physician, hospital, ancillary, etc.), and practice managers. Other responsibilities include working on end-to-end provider claim and call quality, ease of use of physician portal and future service enhancements, training & development of external provider education programs, supporting those who direct and implement strategies relating to the development and management of a provider network, identify gaps in network composition and services to assist the network contracting and development staff in prioritizing contracting needs, and may also be involved in identifying and remediating operational short-falls and researching and remediating claims.

  • Help process provider applications and re-applications including initial mailing, review and loading into the database tracking system
  • ""
  • Conduct audits and provide feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance
  • ""
  • Demonstrate great depth of knowledge/skills in own function and act as a technical resource to others

  • Solve complex problems on own; proactively identify new solutions to problems
  • ""
  • Act as a facilitator to resolve conflicts on team
  • ""
  • Perform as key team member on project teams spanning more than own function

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED or higher
  • ""
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel and Word
  • ""
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
  • ""
