*Job Scope:*


The Senior Manager Central Dispatch is a servant leader responsible for creating and maintaining the highest level of team engagement, client experience, and profitability for the business. They are responsible for the execution of our collective operating model, continuous improvement, and outcomes. The Senior Manager will be heavily involved in setting and executing on the next phase of growth for the Central Dispatch business through organic growth, new product monetization and partnerships.


This leader is responsible for the seamless collaboration with internal and external team members, BPO partners, clients, carriers, and CAI business units to ensure alignment and influence execution.


This leader will train, develop, and coach their team and establish success criteria to ensure execution and delivery based on client expectations.


*Key Responsibilities:*




* Manage project preparation, processing, and documentation to ensure data quality output, service results, and project objectives

* Works in a team structure with ability to plan, schedule, and monitor own and teamwork in a timely and expeditious manner

* Use business and management tools to monitor and analyze process workflows, team member performance, and labor and resource allocation

* Communicate operations information and recommendations regarding revenue production, team member productivity, quality, new product opportunities, and service standards

* Complete auditory review to identify noted trends, prepare and complete action plans, respond and resolve notable concerns

* Review service and operations delivery to ensure agreed targets are met with ability to meet forecast changes in service level or operation objectives

* Fluent, professional communication, correspondence, and presentation of information to team, customers, and partners

* Coach, develop, and empower team members and create a cohesive team environment between team members in the field and home office

* Champion our LDM operating model and ensure team engagement and objectives are achieved

* Establish a cadence of communication and touch points to ensure client expectations and performance metrics are clear and aligned across all team members

* Assist in the development of Central Dispatch strategy and execute on strategy with boundary partners

* Demonstrate business acumen and analytical skills required for managing key performance indicators, goals and objectives, and profitability goals






*Outputs:*




* Monitors and tracks production systems and processes to ensure on-time, high quality delivery of data to product teams and systems

* Defines, investigates, and resolves complex issues; managing in accordance with appropriate standards and procedures

* Identifies process improvements minimizing service quality issues and/ or increase speed of resolution

* Contributes to analysis of data and process issues which impact service and operation production

* Ensure service delivery is monitored effectively and identified actions to maintain or improve levels of service are implemented

* Analyze and assess data, technologies, and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service and operations outcomes

* Audit completeness and accuracy of documented information and service production materials, and build out new processes where required

* Coordinates and champions continuous improvement opportunities and activities

* Manage internal team, training and providing guidance and leadership, goal tracking and metrics tracking for individuals.

* Self-Driven in identifying own and team development opportunities

* Drives a positive work environment, culture, and one team mentality


Qualifications:

* BS/ BA degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* 10 years of experience in automotive industry and/or logistics with at least 3 years experience in a management/leadership role and/or 3rd party partnerships.

* Proven change leader.

* Servant leader with proven ability to develop high performing teams.

* Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed environments.

* Demonstrated track record of assessing, developing, and empowering talent.

* Demonstrated track record of business analytics insights and cost management.

* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
