Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage access to all needed clinical and ABA services by the participant and family.
  • Triage participants for ABA services
  • Collaborate with ABA providers to ensure access to care
  • Ensure delivery of medically necessary ABA services and conduct any UM reviews or authorizations
  • Support and implement treatment plan in collaboration with participant, family, and provider
  • Educate family on ABA services, community supports, and other services
  • Coordinate and facilitate access to medically necessary services
