**Citi Shared Services (CSS)** is a vital partner to the Corporate Finance and Human Resources organizations. We ensure financial and human resources operations and processes throughout the entire employment life cycle are carried out through the performance of world-class, scalable operations. We also deliver excellence in mission-critical, global products and local services for 84 countries. Furthermore, we manage the governance of the Citi Solutions Center Network, which serves 98,000 employees, supporting Citis businesses and operational units. **Responsibilities:**


+ Managing projects ranging from expansion of the CERA application to new platforms (Internet and Mobile applications), to performing Business Process Re-engineering by integrating with other systems.

+ Project Management tasks, including:

+ Development of Project Plans: (Milestone identification, Progress Tracking, Status Communication to Stakeholders)

+ UAT management: Includes creation of UAT plans in coordination with Subject Matter Experts, and to be the point person for UAT on assigned tracks of work

+ Manage the Change Control process utilizing tools such as HP Quality Center and Service Now on new development and ongoing business efforts. Candidate will also be responsible for communicating ticket priorities and status to stakeholders.

+ Requirements gathering for various sized initiatives utilizing different methods:

+ Facilitating workshops to allow brainstorming and problem solution analysis

+ Conducting Subject Matter Expert interviews either one-on-one or in a group setting

+ Devise problem solutions utilizing methods such as building business process maps and action plans

+ Write Business Requirement documents, review and approve Functional and Technical requirements written by Technology counterparts for assigned tracks of work

+ Liaison for CERA with the following teams:

+ Technology representatives

+ Business Operations Team

+ Functional Team

+ Senior Management

+ Report Creation

+ Utilize MicroStategy and MS Access to develop Standard and Ad-hoc reports that will assist the Equity Compensation process

+ Assist CERA Project Manager with compliance oversight for the Equity Compensation Unit, including coordinating internal and external audits and to liaise with the HRSS Compliance team on new initiatives


**Qualifications:**


+ Proficiency with Business Process Reengineering methodologies, requirements gathering, process mapping

+ 4-6 years experience in relevant field

+ Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), and knowledge of Visio a plus

+ The candidate should be a fast thinker/quick learner, possess the ability to work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines

+ A strong attention to detail is needed

+ Candidate must have ability to work independently

+ Must have strong ability to lead discussion and influence outcome

+ Demonstrated ability to be a team player, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Must have highly developed organizational, problem solving, and prioritization skills

+ Experience with Equity Compensation Business desired, but not mandatory


**Education:**


+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (MBA a plus)
