About the Team


Sales Analytics & Insights supports the Online Business at AT&T by providing insights, guidance, and identifying opportunities that translate into forward looking recommendations. The Wireless Sales Analytics team focuses on providing performance attribution analysis, advanced analytics, and reporting to the Wireless Sales Online Business team.


About the Job


Wireless Sales Analytics is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, a broad knowledge of digital marketing and analytics, and an analytical and quantitative mind-set to join our Digital Sales Analytics & Insights organization. You will partner with marketing, product, merchandizing, and sales teams to provide recommendations for how to increase velocity and sales and improve yield for the Online Business. The primary goal will be to deliver ongoing insights and forward looking recommendations to our partners and stakeholders. By offering ample analytical support, decision makers will be informed and able to increase online mobility sales for AT&T.


Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View


* You will gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of online performance data and KPIs to identify trends, root causes and indicated actions, model data, and make forward looking recommendations. This will include:


** Web Analytics, sales analytics, and subscriber analytics


** Creating and presenting detailed recommendations to executive leadership and sales teams which may include modeling and/or scenario building, participating in the development of business cases, identifying opportunities and evangelizing those to the organization for prioritization.


** Defining and monitoring metrics and KPIs for measuring performance across the sales funnel


** Analyzing and making informed recommendations to key stakeholders and leaders. This includes plans on how to invest marketing and development dollars/time to achieve the long/short term revenue enhancing results


** Make recommendations and requests for data capture, data enhancements, and ETL enhancements


* Act as the subject matter expert when communicating internally and externally regarding Wireless Revenue analytics.


* Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnership with Online Sales, Online Marketing, Media Agencies and other 3rd Parties, Merchandizing, Development, Product, and User/Customer Experience teams


Qualifications


5+ years of experience in a analytics and focus on digital analytics


BS/BA or advanced college degree (OR equivalent experience) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing and/or Advertising or similar experience


Proficient with Adobe or Google Analytics


Highly Proficient with SQL and Tableau


Experience with personalization tools and tactics, A/B and multivariate testing, and tools such as Adobe Target


Strong communication skills (written and verbal), able to tell stories with data and understands how to simplify and visualize data to tell a story, and excellent presentation skills and a proven track record of presenting / pitching to executive /leadership teams
