The Senior Analyst Partner Operations for Commercial Data Partnerships will be a tactical role responsible for executing best of breed data sources and data sets that align with PepsiCos Commercial organization data and digitization use cases. The Senior Analyst will assist the Commercial Data Partnerships team as a key interface for day-to-day interaction with internal customers and stakeholders in the Commercial organization, external partners as well as other teams within the Data and Analytics function including but not limited to Business Engagement and Value Realization, Data Acquisition and Optimization and Product. As an integral part of our Commercial Data Partnerships team, this role will be focused on executing and operationalizing high profile and high impact data partnerships. This role is critical to shaping the success and impact of Data Partnerships team on the PepsiCo business and will contribute to operational as well as go to market planning around Data capabilities and assets identified by the Commercial Data Partnerships Team. The ideal candidate will combine skills and experience in partner operations and cross functional planning to execute this role successfully. Key Accountabilities Partner operations Support designing and executing a Data Partnership Program for Data capabilities and products identified by the Commercial Data Partnerships Team Help with managing data partner integrations, pilots and POCs, coordinating milestones, timelines and key deliverables across PepsiCo, data partner and media partners Collaborate with Business Engagement/Value Realization and Metrics/Modeling teams to establish baseline targets and drive project management of initiatives and tasks to measure value of results/proof points delivered by data partner deployments Help manage identification, communication, and evaluation of potential data partners with key business and technical stakeholders Establish seamless transitions and handoffs to rest of D&A Team to stand up solutions Data partnerships impact and scaling Manage operationalizing data partnerships with internal teams and execution teams including OMD and other media/platform partners Drive clarity in communicating and aligning granular PepsiCo data needs with partner ecosystem Maximize partner engagement efficiency to drive impact Drive acceleration of data application against use cases Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications Minimum 4 years data partnership experience Minimum 4 years experience in operationalizing data partnerships and best of breed data assets Minimum 2 years experience in CPG goods industry experience, or related Bachelors Degree, Masters a plus Commercial, Legal and Regulatory knowledge and expertise with respect to Data Partnerships and usage. Experience: Demonstrated analytics skills and use of multiple software tools Experience in risk and legal reviews of vendor contracts and licensing agreements related to external data Work effectively in a team environment and develop creative alternatives Skills, Abilities, Knowledge Partner engagement Cross functional project management Strategic Contract/Account/Vendor Management Robust data knowledge preferably around PepsiCo data and Product, Customer, Partner, Public, IOT, and Digital data sets Proven ability to drive results and to lead and implement complex, technical, multi-organizational projects at senior leadership level Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
