As a Finance professional, youll have the opportunity to explore a multi-disciplinary career path across a broad number of functions, and make meaningful contributions towards creating smiles for consumers, driving full-potential performance and achieving our Winning with Purpose vision. **This is a hybrid role with flexibility to sit remotely and in the Purchase, NY location** The International Treasury function within PepsiCo Corporate Treasury plays a leading role in developing treasury strategies and executing them to support the international business sectors at PepsiCo. International Treasury works closely with the business and other sector and corporate functions to drive this agenda. As an International Treasury Senior Analyst, you will support all treasury activities related to specific international markets and will manage workflow tools and processes to ensure seamless execution of treasury strategies. You will need to develop strong relationships with the countries/region/sector finance, tax and legal teams to ensure delivery of the Treasury agenda as well as provide support for the business agenda. Your Key Accountabilities: Ensure appropriate liquidity in each market, including determining and executing appropriate funding and cash repatriation plans Help develop the annual cash flow and net interest expense Plan and manage the subsequent periodic forecasting process for the countries under your supervision Partner closely with Tax and Legal to understand legal entity ownership structures and their impact on funding and cash repatriation/concentration Review Capital Appropriation Requests from the business and ensure Treasury issues are appropriately identified and addressed Ensure optimal banking and cash management structure in each country Implement treasury policies in the countries/regions/sector and partner closely with local teams to ensure compliance Assist Senior Director in handling special projects, including benchmarking exercises, capital structure analysis and M&A, including due diligence and integration You will have the opportunity to develop strong knowledge of the business model, financial markets, local banking and other regulations in each country. The candidate will interact with clients across PepsiCo foods and beverage businesses, including the local Finance/Planning, Control, Tax and Legal teams. To be successful, candidate must be extremely driven, have an eye for detail, deliver results within deadlines while balancing multiple concurrent priorities, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In addition, each team member will have the opportunity to rotate roles within PepsiCos broader Treasury team over time, providing the opportunity to build skills and capabilities and become a well-rounded finance professional. PepsiCos Treasury team is responsible for: Capital market activities, including funding, investments, banking relationships, credit rating agency management and shareholder returns at the Corporate level Supporting our global businesses on all Treasury aspects, including cash management, funding and liquidity management Managing and hedging PepsiCos financial risks (FX, commodities, interest rate, etc.) Pension investment and liability management PepsiCos global insurance and risk management programs COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
