What You'll Do as part of the Greater West Area

As a Senior Account Manager at Cisco, youll manage a large growth commercial territory teaming with four inside account managers, engineers, specialists, and partners. You will target market opportunities within current Cisco customers as well as high growth startups in Northern California. This area is a highly competitive environment which requires a consultative and trend-aware approach. As the team lead, you will focus on leading by influence, building and executing on a greater regional strategy, and aligning your strengths to the most significant areas of impact to the business.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of field experience in strategic IT sales
  • Account planning
  • CXO relationship building and initiative selling
  • Negotiation of $1M+ projects or similarly complex projects
  • Strong understanding of how technology aligns to business outcome
  • Building a greater team with partners and extended team
  • Managing short-term tactical and long term strategic sales funnel
  • Forecasting
  • Consistent track record of successful attainment against quota
  • You're an intuitive, ambitious, humble, self-starting standout colleague
