The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing a book of business consisting of AppNexus marquee publisher clients in Northern Europe. These are some of the most recognizable players in the online publishing and content landscape. Responsibility includes driving SSP revenue, cultivating senior client relationships, as well as the day-to-day oversight of these important clients. AppNexus seeks candidates who are proactive, results-driven, and thrive in team-oriented and fast-paced environments.

**About the Team**

Sales & Account Management is a driven and results-oriented organization that helps bring AppNexus digital advertising products to market. Our focus is building our clients businesses through leading-edge technology solutions, intuitive and effective ad serving tools, and strategic business consulting. We develop and nurture relationships with a wide range of publishers and advertisers to help them more effectively reach their target audience through real-time ad serving, allowing them to manage and grow their digital advertising business. Our team is seeking innovative, passionate, and driven people who can foster strong client relationships, meet sales quotas, and drive awareness of our products.

**About the Job**

+ Cultivate and nurture relationships with marquee clients across Northern Europe to drive client success and revenue

+ Understand client business needs in order to develop strategic partnerships and execute on these plans

+ Work closely with the Solutions Consulting team to align on initiatives required to achieve long term customer success

+ Manage cross-functional projects (e.g. Product, client or market specific)

+ Manage business and technical escalations and communicate with all stakeholders to maintain momentum and ensure success

+ Participate in regional client events (including client forums, trainings, etc.)

**About Your Skills**

+ Strong account management/client-facing experience required

+ Comfortable building and managing relationships at senior-levels

+ Demonstrated track record of exceeding client and revenue expectations through commercial planning

+ Programmatic experience (either publisher, network, or ad-tech company) preferred

+ Confidence in presenting and in written and verbal communications

+ Willingness to share knowledge, facilitate team rapport, and maintain excellent cross-functional partnerships
