Auto req ID: 251017BR Job Description The Planet Partnership is a joint venture between PepsiCo and Beyond Meat Established in 2021 to develop, produce, and market innovative snack and beverage products by leveraging Beyond Meat's leading technology in plant-based protein development and PepsiCo's world-class marketing and commercial capabilities. As a member of our team, you will be required to have a deep level of technical and digital expertise along with a strong customer service skill set. The individual must be able to balance business requirements with IT standards, acting quickly to support the Planet Partnership team as well as meet their increasing business demands. In this role, you will be the Face of IT for the Planet Partnership and Voice of the Customer within IT while being able to navigate PepsiCo/Beyond business and technology processes effectively and efficiently. This role will be based in El Segundo, CA and provide direct technical support for Planet Partnership associates leveraging a mix of PepsiCo and Beyond Meats IT systems and services. Responsibilities include supporting ~100 users across several international locations working in a 90% Windows / 10% Macintosh environment. Serving as the primary IT point of contact and trusted technology partner for the Planet Partnership team while driving the execution of business-driven IT projects and programs Providing direct end user support and administration for PepsiCo/Beyonds corporate resources, tools, and applications. Ensuring all possible efforts are made to ensure confidential digital data and intellectual property are secure. Assessment and onboarding of new technology solutions (software, hardware, and infrastructure). Accountabilities: Deploying and maintaining platforms while ensuring standard adherence, operational continuity, availability, recoverability, performance, and capacity in compliance with SLAs and to the satisfaction of end-users. Closely partnering with PepsiCo and Beyonds IT organizations to drive technology requirements: Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure/Operations, Engineering, Information Security, and IT Legal. Basic troubleshooting of PepsiCo standard productivity/collaboration applications, including but is not limited to Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) and Zoom Pro. Coordinating all technical aspects of on-boarding new hires and reclaiming equipment from terminated associates. Performing testing and implementation of new solutions while adhering to corporate policies and processes. Providing technical training to end users on a 1:1 basis. Collaborating with Beyond IT to help maintain local network and video conferencing equipment. Providing full-service support to the Planet Partnership team while in the office, during off-site meetings or events, as well as after hours if needed. Qualifications/Requirements Minimum 5 years IT support experience at a company of similar size and complexity as PepsiCo. Minimum 2 years support experience working directly with executives. Expertise in deploying and supporting high-performance desktops/laptops and mobile devices. Fundamental understanding of network topologies (OSI model) with the capacity to troubleshoot general issues. Highly motivated individual who is organizationally savvy and possesses an executive presence. Excellent communication both written and verbal; Capacity to write and maintain technical documentation. SAFe, ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ certifications are desired. Project management experience is a plus.
