Job Description

  • Provide EDI baseline leadership and support for inbound and outbound documents:
  • Manage and lead 5 to 6 EDI/IDOC resources
  • Develop, implement and maintain iDoc system health as well as ensure scorecard performance is track while improving reporting capability
  • Assure team is providing successful monitoring and issue resolution within the department SLA on all EDI/IDOC transmission
  • Conduct regular conversations with direct reports informally and formally through the performance management process to ensure complete alignment on goals and objectives and making adjustments as needed
  • Assure daily/period reports and metrics are compiled and completed accurately and on time
  • Provide direction to team in efforts to deliver business results by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Foster growth of team through the assignment of projects and formal training
  • Lead SC C&O cross-team projects for business improvements
  • Provide leadership and coaching of team to deliver overall SC C&O objectives
  • Facilitate weekly team status meetings
  • Assure team is participating in system testing successfully
  • Work off hours and holidays as needed
  • Manage all key interfaces with in SAP for NABQ with impact:
    • $24 MM Effected Customer Orders
    • $12 MM Effected Inventory & Logistics transactions
Skill Requirements:
  • Strong Project/Process Management skills
  • Strong SAP knowledge
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Work, Excel, Visio and Power point
  • Highly self-motivated and self-managed, with excellent prioritization, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally, to all levels of management
  • Ability to work across multiple functional groups
  • Proven learning agility in new and fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage conflict within the team
  • Demonstrate a clear linkage to strategic imperatives

Qualifications/Requirements

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems or related fields
  • Strong Knowledge of Business Processes
  • 3-5 years experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Operations
  • Demonstrated understanding of Manufacturing, Logistics, and/or Customer Service Supply Chain systems
  • System implementation or baseline support experience
