What you'll do:

  • Manage Process Improvement Engineers across multiple M&E production facilities.

  • Determine and provide maintenance standards across multiple assets in M&E production facilities.

  • Lead the capital planning and execution process for multiple M&E production facilities.

  • Deliver big bet productivity across TE/RE and Breakage initiatives identified through the AOP planning cycle.

  • Analyze Machine Availability and Breakage trends to prioritize engineering support to lead improvement action plans on priority equipment/losses across multiple M&E production facilities.

  • Manage an OEM scorecard to hold our vendors accountable to service contract dollars spent and ensure proper ROI

  • Ensures the technical capability of our division increases through the governance of the MMDP, AMP & partnerships with technical universities and colleges.

  • Govern usage of EM and project management tools to ensure change management of capital and innovation projects within the division deliver their success criteria.

  • Provide emergency escalation support to multiple M&E production facilities.

  • Develop and lead SME Technical teams for priority equipment to ensure replication is achieved across multiple M&E production facilities.

  • Collaborates Beyond Boundaries continuously broadens and maintains professional networks inside and outside the organization in order to facilitate collaboration and advance key initiatives.

  • Delivers the Right Results ensures the team is delivering against the most appropriate and relevant strategic priorities and challenges those that may have less impact.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance & engineering roles

  • Capital/Project management

  • Financial analysis & forecasting

  • Mastery in focused improvement root cause analysis tools

  • Loss tree data analysis

  • Thorough knowledge of processing and packing equipment to effectively lead technical resources to successfully maintain production line equipment to achieve high levels of productivity.

  • Your ability to communicate effectively and to influence at all levels of the organization

  • Technical understanding of food/beverage manufacturing processes and compliance requirements preferred

  • The ability for 75% travel and to work off shifts occasionally

  • Degree: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferred)
