Auto req ID: 233994BR Job Description The FLNA PGT Data Design Finance Associate Specialist role supports the implementation and deployment of FLNA Finance Data for the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) in SAP MDG (Master Data Governance), including profit center, cost center, and GL Accounts. Objectives of the role are to understand the PepsiCo Global Template Data standards for Finance/RTR data domain and deliver data designs (conversion, configuration, enhancements, interfaces, xRef), user stories, and testing for FLNA specific requirements for PGT. This role will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Methodology principles for the PepsiCo Global Template deployment projects. The role requires close collaboration with a number of teams, both external and internal. Partner with RTR (Record to Report) Value Stream as well as across all other Value Streams, Business Data Team, and Legacy Teams to gather data requirements and transform them into User Stories to support the Finance MDG design. Create functional designs and user stories for finance master data (profit center, cost center, GL Account), including mapping documents, MDG enhancements, configuration, interfaces, and xRef designs. Partner with the Conversion Design team on understanding requirements and dependencies across conversion designs. Partner with the GDQ (Global Data Quality) functional resources on defining and delivering Global Data Quality tasks and activities to support conversion cleansing and validation. Test and sign off on deliverables across the different teams Collaborate on the approval process through design authority and Global PGT Teams Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors Consult / Execute Collaborate with all scrum teams Consult / Execute Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against Consult / Execute Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies Consult / Execute Adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Methodology (PAM) principles and values: Adopt development practices that focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing wast Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged Help to implement PAM engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer-review within teams Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree required 5+ years of experience with Data and Data Design preferably in SAP Leadership skills, including planning, organization, prioritization, collaboration Strong functional understanding of Finance master data Ability to work collaboratively across project teams. Strong analytical skills Solves highly complex problems within their work team Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements Preferred expertise in FLNA Master Data Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences Ability to effectively manage across teams Ability to effectively work with remote teams in different regions of the world Strong vendor management abilities Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change Demonstrates the desire and ability to develop new technology skills, business knowledge, and customer service capability through training, experimentation, and self-study Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
