+ The primary function of the Aseptic Compliance Supervisor is to support and oversee the daily cleaning/disinfection activities for R3 SVP Aseptic or Terminal Sterilized Filling/Support areas.

+ The Aseptic Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for the sanitation colleagues across the shifts in aseptic and terminal sterilized areas.

+ Candidate works directly with Manufacturing to ensure the seamless planning, execution, and tracking of the completion of sanitation activities to support Operations in SVP filling areas.

+ The candidate will also be responsible to performing necessary monitoring duties of the aseptic operation to ensure compliance in alignment with site SOPs and regulations.

+ The candidate must be able to train new and existing colleagues on aseptic principles.

+ The candidate will also be given responsibilities for the development and implementation of key project to improve compliance and efficiencies in the sanitation department.


+ Perform necessary assessments of Aseptic or Terminal Sterilized SVP Filling operation and update necessary documents.

+ Implement necessary improvement projects for the sanitation startup of the R3 facility.

+ Coordinate the operation of the sanitation department to support manufacturing to minimize downtime.

+ Able to present sanitation programs to auditors.

+ Accumulates key metrics for presentation to Management team, including gowning and aseptic technique observation.

+ Manage/order inventory of necessary sanitation equipment.

+ Responsible for maintaining working knowledge of cGMPs and emerging regulatory and compliance concerns as related to aseptic manufacturing.

+ Perform audits of sanitation, aseptic techniques, clean room behaviors, and gowning.

+ Write investigations and implement CAPAs.

+ Generate change controls for procedure updates.

+ Perform daily room check inspections in the manufacturing areas.

+ Provide support to aseptic process simulations (media fills).

+ Supervise team of direct reports and conduct performance evaluations.


+ Requires Bachelor's Degree in a technical or science field.

+ 2+ years of aseptic manufacturing experience.

+ Knowledge/experience in aseptic technique.

+ Requires strong oral, written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

+ Must be conscientious, dependable, and possess leadership skills.

+ Must be able to work overtime on a daily basis and weekly basis for extended periods of time.

+ Must adhere to all safety and health practices and procedures. Ensuring adherence to all plant safety rules in area of responsibility.

+ Capable of making sound decisions while being able to access situation(s) to determine if management involvement is needed.

+ Candidate must be able to act with ownership in their areas of responsibility.

+ Candidate should be able to proactively prevent delays and/or downtime of equipment.

+ Requires thorough knowledge of GMP's and ability to handle multiple projects.

+ Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills.


+ Prefer 2+ years of supervisory experience or relevant leadership experience.


+ Be able to work in aseptic environment fully gowned in hood, gown, boots, mask, goggles (no skin exposed, makeup, jewelry, colognes, artificial nails or lashes, nail polish, etc)

+ Endure exposure to cleaning chemicals fumes

+ Perform physical labor including mopping, wiping, bending, lifting, and standing on feet for long periods of time

+ Must be able to function under a stressful situation while being able to remain focused at the necessary requirements. In addition, must be able to appropriately identify and escalate issues on a timely basis.


+ Must be able to work on weekend, off shifts and holiday as business demands.

+ Work Shift: Rotating 2/2/3 schedule - 12 Hour Nights, 7pm to 7am
