The primary purpose of this role is to design sales behavior management policy, manage and follow up FF behavior with optimized KPI tracking, propose feasible suggestions to help customer coverage and business growth. Additionally, the candidate will keep smooth communications and training with business.Also, the candidate will be responsible for providing customized report and feasible suggestions to help customer coverage and business growth.


+ Design sales behavior management policy and continually optimize Sales behavior KPI

+ Follow up sales behavior and provide consulting reports and service

+ Develop Ad-hoc CRM analysis report and provide FF behavior and customer related insights

+ Work with brand team, adjust their products strategy, maintain CRM products key message platform

+ Deliver sales behavior management training

+ Maintain PforceRx related channels and function modules, facilitate FF's adoption


+ Bachelor degree or above

+ At least 3 years experience in SFE, CRM, sales operation or related fields in pharmaceuticals industry

+ Understanding customer engagement, sales force promotional behaviors and related channel operations

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Excellent English skills in both oral and written

+ Demonstrated effectiveness in coordination and working cross-functionally

+ Excellent analytical skills

+ Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation

+ Proficiency with MS Office etc.
