The Moment of Choice is our last opportunity to win over the shopper and includes the retail shelf set, perimeter displays, and cold vault space. In addition, the Perfect Store team develops innovative merchandising solutions and leads execution insights to drive flawless and local execution. Some location flexibility will be considered within the Western Division geography (e.g., California, Pacific Northwest, and Arizona) Key Responsibilities: -Demonstrate topline growth aligned with our AOP targets through space management and execution initiatives -Develop strategy and frameworks to support best in class execution -Perform analytics to develop customer-level planograms/schematics by utilizing JDA Space Planning software -Develop data studies utilizing analytical tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel) to create a space for sales story -Utilize space planning software in large and small format channels to ensure optimized space, tailored by market/cluster/store tied to overall Western Division strategy -Interact with customers selling with data to grow or maintain PepsiCo space within the LRB category -Partner with Channel leads to develop planograms/schematics in conjunction with channel strategy story Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of either category management, sales, execution and/or marketing experience, plus experience in space planning software (e.g JDA, SpacePro) preferred Strong computer skills in Microsoft platforms with the ability to learn new software quicklyDesired Characteristics: Robust experience in analyzing and interpreting data to develop action-oriented strategies Strong analytical and creative thinking skills: the ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan, problem-solving capabilities Experience working with and presenting to Retail Customers Experience with pulling ERT, Smartview and scorecard interpretation Excellent communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely Proactive, collaborative, results-oriented leader Strong planning/organizing skills: capable of managing major projects simultaneously Team player, jumping in to provide assistance when needed regardless of assigned responsibilities Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
