*What youll do:*

As the Sales Strategy Manager you will be responsible for turning strategic direction into action and effective scaling of sales strategies across the sales organization. You will work as part of the Sales Strategy team to support complex efforts across multiple functions and business units to drive revenue and sales productivity. You will consistently interact with sales leadership to identify opportunities to streamline processes that impact the sales organization.

*Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:*

* Drive high priority cross-business unit initiatives while working effectively on multiple assignments with little to no oversight.

* Partner with sales enablement, finance, training, and optimization teams as needed to drive initiative execution and ongoing maintenance.

* Effectively communicate expectations and requirements to engaged teams while keeping business stakeholders informed of progress and all related issues.

* Identify, communicate and manage risks that may interfere with project execution or success.

Qualifications: *Heres what were looking for:*


* Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in a business or sales operations role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


* Management consulting, strategy, sales strategy experience.

* Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.

* Proven organization, project management, and relationship building skills

* Proactive with ability to successfully deliver end-to-end projects.

* Clear and effective written, verbal and listening skills.

* Ability to respond quickly and take action when confronted with a challenge.

* Ability to take independent action including initiating creative ideas or potential solutions without prompting.

* Possess a strong understanding of sales process, sales metrics.
