These associates also provide information about and sell extended service protection plans. Associates in this position provide fast, friendly service to clients and are responsible for assessing their needs and providing assistance. They know how to properly greet, qualify, recommend and close every client in their department, and have knowledge of the basics in adjacent departments. They maintain the condition and appearance of assigned areas, and ensure that areas are clean, shoppable, and safe. They will also maintain a professional relationship with vendor representatives, making new product recommendations as needed. They must possess strong teamwork and follow-up skills, enabling them to work with their team to process a customer transaction from pre-qualification to delivery, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
