What You'll Do

The Sales Specialist (Enterprise Networking) is responsible for driving the sales and success of Enterprise Networking Business in Korea.


Specific Responsibilities include the following:

  • You will provide Sales support for Korea Team on all Enterprise Networking related products
  • You'll be the single point of contact for all Product Matter to support the Korea account team
  • Driving the EN Sales for Korea and meeting the set country quota
  • Provide Pre-sales technical support for account team to build Quarterly Pipelines and helping account team upsell all portfolio of our Enterprise Networking solutions
  • Sales forecast for Enterprise Networking Portfolio including all software related Enterprise Networking product
  • Be the liaison for the team with Enterprise Networking Entity with Worldwide or Regional Teams
  • Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly sales funnel and planning activities


Who You'll Work With

A successful Cisco Sales Specialist will work with Cisco Account Managers, Systems Engineers, Technical Leaders and Sales Managers to plan sales strategies, develop proposals, deliver customer presentations/demos, and close the business. Technical sales experience required.

You will be recognized as a technology leader both within Cisco and in the industry. You will act as an evangelist to help gain Networking focus in the generalist selling community and preference for Cisco externally.


Key Requirements for this role include:

  • Deep knowledge of industry trends, offerings, toolsets and methodologies is necessary to best accommodate the varying needs of different customer verticals, with unrivaled priorities and legacies
  • You have industry knowledge across markets and partner ecosystems in order to lead engagements tailored for customer priorities
  • Leadership capability to drive a virtual team of Sales Specialists and Systems Engineers focused on Switching, Routing, Wireless and other core technologies, across multiple geographies and market dynamics
  • Ability to distinguish and execute on both near-term success and comprehensive, strategic direction and investment
  • You are a strong collaborator and facilitator among customer teams, industry partners and Cisco resources
  • You have the ability to build a strong team and drive a strong market development and selling approach. You love leading, influencing and mentoring sales teams to increase their effectiveness in selling Networking solutions
  • You are highly motivated to take a lead role with senior management, peers, partners, company and customers in progressing Ciscos success in Networking solutions
  • Strong Sales and Management skills that is not limited to Sales Funnel Management, Forecasting, Pipeline Generation and Business Development Plan
