Business Development Sales Specialist

What You'll Do

  • Be the EMEAR lead for creating the GTM Partner plan, programs, and initiatives for CISG Data Centre Networking (DCN) Software & Switching business
  • Be at the forefront of understanding and able to communicate Cisco's strategy and vision in Cloud / DCN.
  • Build in depth business & technical expertise in the underlying and associated technologies and architectures.
  • Build a GTM Partner sales strategy with each of the Theatres to accelerate the DCN business
  • Drive execution of the business plan, gain market share, build solid relationships with Partners and internal key stakeholders.

Who You'll Work With

The Business Development Sales Specialist is a crucial role to the success of Cisco's Cloud / DCN strategy. This individual will be responsible for accelerating Cisco's Data Center Switching & Software product portfolio through our Theatre teams & Partners. This position will play a critical role in enabling Cisco Partners to bring DCN solutions to our customers

Who You Are

  • You are a can do type of person, able to operate under your own initiative and to be an active member of a team
  • 3+ years of sales experience in data center technology, cloud, software.
  • Proven understanding of both Cisco technology as well as competitor offerings in the DCN / SDN market and be able to successfully position against the competition
  • You have a working knowledge/ understanding of AWS, Google Cloud, Azure GTM models/ marketplaces and how to leverage them
  • Successful working knowledge of ITSPs like Accenture, Atos, Cap Gemini would be beneficial
  • Creative problem solver who has built successful, scalable GTM channel programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization and influence virtual teams within a large complex company.
