Job Title: Product Sales Specialist, Product Management

Responsibilities

  • Drive Cisco Enterprise Network (EN) awareness and sales capability on Cisco Routing, Switching, Wireless/Wired Unified Access, IoT/IoE, Cloud, Cisco SDN ONE (Open Network Environment), Connected Platform product and solution to internal, channel partner
  • Analyze customers business information to identify opportunity, pipeline management, achieve the revenue targets
  • Leverage sales team and partner/eco-partner resources to develop and deliver compelling bundle Solution proposals and business value demonstrations to top vertical/accounts and duplication
  • Strategic opportunities support, vertical program development, building GTM, business model capability and capacity
  • IoE, Cloud, SDN ONE ecosystem business development & alliance engagement, and assist to Taiwan Transformational Business
  • Capability to enable team (internal/channel) to how to sell, where can sell and what we can sell on EN, IoE, Cloud, ONE solutions. Engage to drive business growth
  • GTM strategy from product line perspective EN, Security, DC, Collaboration Cross Architectures Product/Solution Bundle & Promotion program development, representing Taiwan focal to Greater China PM team
    •  Incentive, marketing, partner programs and product promotions proposal and execute
    •  Work with BU product R&D team on customer's new requirement
    •  Quarterly/monthly business review & planning


Education

Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent.
Advanced industry certification (e.g. CCIE/CCDP) desirable and/or strongly preferred;

Experience

10+ years-related Industry experience;
Rich business management and pre-sales experience and strong communication skill;

R&S, WLAN technologies expertise are highly required;

With IoT, Smart and Connected Communities, SDN, Cloud skillset as plus;

Cisco product experience and relevant competitors experience are highly required;


Business/Technical Knowledge

  • Architectural view on IT platform; In-depth knowledge and strong sales experience in at least three of the following areas of specialization: IP/MPLS, Mobility, Multi-Service (Voice and Video), Cloud, IoT;
  • Strong experience with product and project management, resource tracking techniques
  • Strong skill on solution selling based on business value principles
  • Competitive knowledge (in their area of specialization) including solution, technology and product offerings
  • Excellent Presentation skills, with Business "C" level discussion track history
  • Strategic planning and market/business development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and management regional virtual functional teams and  strong relationships with counterpart sales teams in key partners
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and/or external customers
  • Problem Solver Uses systematic approach to uncover true problem(s) and practical solution and can marshal resources to solve problem
  • Understanding and conversant about company, competitors, technologies, solutions, product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.



Skills Required

1.Strong Inter-person skill, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. Must be able to coordinate across various groups and functional teams.
3. Ability to teach other members of the team and act as a mentor as required.
4. Ability to perform tasks with little supervision.
5. Ability to work effectively, add value and assume a leadership role for the cross-functional teamwork;
