*Role Summary*





Assists with Cox Business new hire and incumbent curriculum delivery, manager interaction via transition planning, incumbent remediation learning plan development, coaches learners for skill development, of new Sales Representatives to fulfill company strategies, practices and procedures for sales process and product adoption. Role is focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience, effectively meeting plan requirements for performance/efficiency/NPS goals. Responsible for preparing each new hire to meet/exceed all metric accountabilities.





*Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:*







*
Creates a positive new hire experience with all new employees while in classroom training/onboarding environment, as applicable.



*
Responsible for preparing well-trained CB Sales Representatives



*
Partners with the Training Delivery team to oversee classroom behaviors, issues, performance concerns and identify and work through any learning gaps that exist.



*
Establishes and communicates job expectations to include in-depth understanding of all scorecard and other key metrics for all new hires.



*
Reviews performance data (e.g., scorecard, product/system adoption, monitored calls, etc.) and diagnose performance gaps.



*
Assists with communication and on-going support for behavior metrics via Best In Class process in CBU.



*
Develops and maintains Sales Leader communication scorecard for new hires and strategy for transition into BAU role post CBU graduation.



*
Assists with remediation for sales, systems, product learning of all new hires that are not performing at expectations in CBU.



*
Monitors calls/meetings and evaluates individual effectiveness on key behaviors to provide coaching to improve performance and the customer experience.



*
Develops and implements recognition programs to encourage and reward new and incumbent reps for meeting sales & product targets.



*
Communicates employee concerns, trends, recurring issues, sales opportunities, and related issues to higher leadership and within the Training Delivery team.



*
Collaborates with Sales Managers and Training Delivery to plan and coordinate efforts to ensure that channel objectives are achieved.



*
Ensures all required policy education/understanding has been completed.



*
Creates ongoing recommendations to the Training Delivery and Sr Learning Advisor team for additional LCM and curriculum needs to support Cox Business KPIs.




Qualifications: *Required: *




*
*Demonstrated success in performance improvement and goal achievement.*



*
*Flexible to work varied shifts to match training environment.*



*
*7 or more years of related experience working as a team leader/team coach (not necessarily formal supervision) Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations or Learning background.*



*
*Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint*



*
Excellent skills in building relationships, coaching and developing, communicating effectively, delivering customer service, learning continuously, multi-tasking, PC Skills, problem solving and troubleshooting, producing results, quality orientation, reliability and dependability, stress tolerance, sales/retention knowledge and work effectively with teams throughout organization.








*Preferred*:

BA/BS degree in a related field



*
2 or more years of experience in a management role preferred



*
2 or more years of experience leading cross functional projects preferred



*
Experience in a position meeting sales goals or coaching people to meet sales goals



*
Learning Plan, curriculum development, teaching/training experience



*
Experience with B2B Product Set - including Cloud



*
Experience working in a Sales/Retention environment with customer experience focus
