We are proactively recruiting to build a bench for upcoming/future opportunities to join our Elite Team. Positions will be within the Carolina's Market and could be located in the following locations:
- South Carolina: Beaufort, Charleston, & Jedburg,
- Georgia: Metter, Savannah

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCos beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be of the North America Beverage organization.

Job Description:
The Sales District Leader (SDL) is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to drive superior marketplace execution and customer service. The SDL will also have the opportunity to cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to make a positive business impact. - Manage, motivate and develop a team of frontline employees in order to increase daily productivity and improve business performance
- Conduct work- withs/ route rides with frontline employees to develop their selling and customer service skills
- Work proactively with customers to understand business needs and develop strong relationships
- Maintain process improvement to further enhance the productivity of PepsiCos selling and delivery model
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure orders are submitted, delivered and merchandised according to plan
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Set productivity and service targets and ensure proper resource allocation between accounts
The Merchandising Team Lead/Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of frontline employees to merchandise orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment. - Apply knowledge of merchandising principles to drive productivity
- Manage multiple priorities while allocating resources between accounts
- Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meeting delivery goals
- Anticipate potential customer issues; apply contingency planning to avoid customer dissatisfaction
- Train frontline employees and utilize PBC processes and tools
- Understand cost per unit constraints when meeting customer needs
- Help employees prioritize the work and promote teamwork
- Supervise daily operations, delegate tasks and monitor progress
- Set productivity and service targets, measure performance to drive accountability
The Delivery Team Lead / Delivery Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of frontline employees to deliver orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment. - Manage a group of 15-20 delivery drivers (CDL certified)
- Answer Field customer calls regarding deliveries and ensure 100% customer service
- Ensure store delivery time windows are met daily
- Work proactively with sales representatives and warehouse operations to understand the needs of the customers and salesforce
- Coach, lead and develop drivers to support the sales organization and improve daily productivity via gate-to-gate route rides twice a week, minimum
- Maintain process improvement to further enhance the productivity of deliveries
- Ensure compliance of Department of Transportation and PBC safety standards
- Conduct team meetings and safety training to ensure that preventive measures are enforced
- Demonstrate strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Possess very strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Have a highly developed sense of urgency
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees or demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience

- Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/ or weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
- Must have the indefinite ability to work in the United States
