Sales Enablement Delivery Manager, Partner Managed & XaaS Sales


Who Youll Work With

Join the team leading Ciscos global sales and channel strategy for Partner Managed Services & XaaS Sales. Ciscos success as we move further into managed service and as-a-service consumption models will be largely dependent on our ability to properly enable our very broad sales organization and channel partners as we make this transition. In this role you be part of the team leading Ciscos Field and Channel Sales enablement strategy, development and execution. You will have the opportunity to work in a cross functional model with numerous Cisco sales and channel organizations.


The right candidate will be a Doer that has a successful track record in managing the delivery of broad, complex enablement programs. You are able to work effectively in large organizations, building and leading cross-functional teams.   


What Youll Do

In this position you will work across Ciscos Field and Channel Sales organizations in driving out the delivery and adoption of the sales enablement content developed by the Cisco Partner Managed Services & XaaS Sales Team.


You will be expected to:

       Develop a comprehensive & scalable sales enablement delivery plan.

       Orchestrate the management and execution of the sales enablement content.

       Lead the efforts in integrating appropriate sales enablement and messaging into strategic Cisco Field and Partner facing events (Cisco Impact, Partner Summit, SEVTs, PSSVTs, etc.)

       Deliver one to many sales enablement presentations (live and virtually)

       Lead and influence cross functional teams across the Cisco Global Partner Organization, Sales and Product Management, driving ownership and accountability.

       Maintain current knowledge and enablement roadmap for Ciscos partner managed and XaaS offers, buying & channel programs.


Who You Are

You are comfortable leading the sales enablement delivery plan aligned with Ciscos Partner Managed Service & XaaS Sales GTM strategy. You are very comfortable in presenting to large audiences in a one to many in person or virtual setting. You are capable of executing on your own when needed but eager to lead cross functional and multi-company teams to scale and extend your impact. And you are self-motivated to keep abreast of advancements in corporate learning, particularly in high-scale environment, and bring these learnings and new ideas into your work.


Required Skills

       +5 years total work experience in a sales enablement role.

       Strong understanding of Ciscos SDWAN & Security technology portfolios.

       Strong communication and presentation skills.

       Experience in working in a sale enablement role with managed service providers.

       Formal program management experience and education.

       Experience in developing and orchestrating complex project plans.

       Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.


This position can be based anywhere in the U.S. Travel will vary with return to normal business from COVID, expect up to 25% travel long term.
