Who Youll Work with

In this role, you will be overseeing the America Sales Development team from newer SDRs to seasoned SDRs. This individual will be responsible for new pipeline in new sales territories. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leaders to strategize on sales strategies, territories, and metrics.

In this highly prized and recognized role, excellent phone and email skills and the ability to quickly problem-solve critical situations will be critical to your success. We are looking for a professional leader with strong organizational and collaboration skills who work well in a team environment. At the minimum, prior continental Sales Development Management is necessary, but having global SDR management is ideal.

What youll do

  • Report direcly to the global Sales Development Manager and will be expected to lead the America SDR team
  • Will lead a team of 14 in various locations such as San Francisco, Raleigh, NC, and Boston.
  • Lead all aspects of individual and team meetings with BSDRs on a weekly basis. Must be able to grow and track teams progress on metrics
  • Report on SDRs weekly metrics to global SDR manager and sales managers you support
  • Work cross-functionality with other departments to enable the success of the BDR team
  • Help build and prioritize strategic target accounts lists
  • Attend C-Level executive staff meetings on current metrics and historical metrics
  • Train SDRs on Cloud Security products, demo, and sales skills to achieve BDR goals of moving into a full-time sales rep
  • Achieve quarterly quota of opportunities, pipeline generated and closed business
  • Travel to trade shows, other locations BDRs are located, and Cisco internal events
  • Well versed in Outreach.io, LinkedIn.com, ZoomInfo by Discover.org, Drift, 6sense, and Eloqua
  • Advanced understanding of pulling reports, dashboards, and data in Salesforce.com

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university

  • Excellent time management/ organizational skills
