Position Title: Sales Campaign Developer




The Sales Campaign Developer role provides direct support to sales teams, business units, corporate marketing and will regularly collaborate with individuals residing in these functional roles as well as that of content, creative design, campaign technologists, guest speakers, and others to strategize, develop, launch, monitor, and improve a wide range of events, campaigns, programs and initiatives that align with ADP's brand-to-demand growth strategy.




  • Develop, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of events (webinars, seminars, conferences, trade shows, summits, etc.) to ensure optimal awareness and exposure of the full breadth of services offered by ADP to generate sales opportunities.


  • Collaborate closely and consistently with Sales, BU Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, Center of Excellence (COE), Campaign Developers, Program Developers, Marketing Campaign Technologists, and others to establish a clearly defined purpose, plan, and execution strategy.


  • Manage all facets of campaign and event planning and logistics, including but not limited to: dry-runs, scheduling, content integration, securing and working with internal/external guest speakers and subject matter experts, third-party vendors who provide professional services, registration workflows, event production, recording simulive sessions, gamification, internal/external advertising and promotional communications, food and beverage selection and acquisition, venue comparison and selection, purchase and shipment of premiums and other materials, post-event lead uploads, and post event campaign or nurture program path orchestration.


  • Submit invoices for payment and compile event and campaign performance results.


  • Proactively maintain one or more cross-BU event calendars to optimize participation and mitigate campaign or event-related planning conflicts.



  • Three or more years of referenceable experience developing and managing sales and marketing-related events, campaigns, and programs.


  • Strong and consistent organization, time management, task prioritization, project management skills.


  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.


  • Scope, build, launch, monitor, and improve events, webinars, seminars, conferences.


  • Thrives in a virtual work environment with infrequent face-to-face collaboration with other colleagues.


  • Hands-on experience developing and managing events through ON24 and other comparable event-centric platforms.


  • Ability to identify and resolve challenges (e.g., conflicting or competing goals or priorities) and gaps associated with small and large-scale cross-functional sales, marketing, and event related initiatives.


  • Performs well under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proactively pursues new methods and tactics that simplify processes, improve effectiveness, and triggers sales opportunities more efficiently.


  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, particularly with pivot tables and v-lookup formulas.


  • Working familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar systems used for reporting and tracking results.


  • Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations and present with confidence to a broad cross-section of colleagues across the business.


  • Experience with or exposure to sales, marketing, and event platforms such as Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Seismic, ON24, Webex, iCapture, Certain, and BrightTALK.


  • Ability to travel on relatively short notice.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
