Who Youll Work With

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual/team player to create, develop and manage Global Collaborations Sales Strategy and Readiness for Webex. The Global Collaboration Sale Readiness Team through close partnership with stakeholders in all architectures, the Business Units, Americas, APJC, and EMEAR Collaboration sales leaders delivers the sales strategies and readiness tools and programs for Cisco Sellers to be successful. Collaboration technology background and experience is preferred.

 - You will join a dynamic team that is driving growth and innovation of Cisco Collaboration solutions into the market, disrupting competing vendors in the space.
 - You will become a part of the team that drives Webex Sales, focuses on increasing ARR and the solution readiness.
 - You will take control of the business and make an impact by making decisions, shaping the strategy, engaging with customers and inspiring Cisco sales teams.

What Youll Do

* Define overall strategy, solutions priorities and sales readiness campaigns for Collaboration Architecture by creating and executing the Business plan on a yearly basis with defined goals and metrics.
* Work with GEO sales leaders to support their sales campaigns, follow the delivery and track execution.
* Plan Strategic investments for longer term and develop Collaboration Sales Programs to accelerate bookings growth.

* Provide monthly Solution Readiness updates to the Cisco Sellers on Webex Meetings.
* Lead the creation and execution of Sales campaigns for distribution around the Collaboration Architecture / Solutions with internal stakeholders to deliver desired business outcome.
* Be the point of contact and business owner of Collaboration Architecture within the Global Collaboration Sales Programs Team for internal and external stakeholders.

* Define Collaboration Strategy and drive Collaboration sales business development plans with sales to increase revenue, profitability and sales growth.

* Contribute to development of Programs and support sales enablement and training execution to increase their skillsets.
* Develop and maintain relationship and collaboration with all main stakeholders in relation with the Architecture business development within Global Collaboration Sales, Partners, and CTG.

* Engage with the CTG Business Development team, Geo Sales Leaders, and Collaboration PSS, to formulae the Global Sales Program Strategy and GTM initiatives to accelerate Collaboration growth for Unified Communications opportunities.
* Lead the investment and execution of strategic initiatives to acceleration growth in Collaboration Architecture/Technology areas jointly with country sales Partner teams.
* Influence Collaboration Distribution GTM strategy from a central Global perspective and collaborate with Geo teams to feedback on achievements, best practices, issues and influence future evolution.
* Drive "New Product Introduction" initiatives at WW level to improve the sales operation efficiency and sales growth of our sales teams during product transitions.
* Establish internal communication plan for Collaboration Architecture with the Marketing Manager within the Global CMO Team; including, internal web site updates, external website updates, regular emails or presentation to key stakeholders.
* Assess overall Partner landscape specialized in Collaboration architecture to achieve the "Recruit and Grow" target of Distribution.
* Develop, maintain and own key relationships within our key partners with Collaboration Architecture specialists and lead Collaboration specific Quarterly Sales Business Reviews. 

Who You Are

* Minimum of 10 years' experience in selling or consulting role for Collaboration software and cloud offerings
* Strong working knowledge of Unified Communications, Webex Meetings, Contact Center and other collaboration applications.
* Exceptional communication, presentation and written skills.
* A history of meeting or exceeding business objectives and revenue targets.
* Suitable technology or business university degree qualification preferred.
* Knowledge and experience in Cisco Collaboration, technology and applications.
