What You'll Do

You will be side by side with teammates that are changing how Cisco scales through our Partners by managing a creating, implementing, and tracking a portfolio of strategic growth investments. Working alongside Partners and various Cisco Functions, you will need the ability to navigate through complex investment processes and compliance regulations to build business cases and growth models that span key Cisco architectures and services.

  • Team up with sales leadership to create and build new investment growth models
  • Provide analysis and insights that will help drive key transformations in the business. Becoming a trusted advisor by providing deep quantitative insights matched with thoughtful operational process that is based in understanding of key business drivers.
  • Produce & automate financial analysis and lend insight to the outputs. You will create and scale financial models while working Cisco account teams and our customers.
  • You'll create operational processes and business analytics to handle and govern projects, metrics & key initiatives.
  • Develop and handle effective communications and process to align efforts to decisions and desired needs.
  • You will drive planning to success within committed timeline which includes defining roadmap, facilitating decision-making on priorities and planning organizational change
  • Develops and uses relationships that span many of Cisco's offerings: architecture sales, Finance and CX

Who You'll Work With

The Canada Partner Strategy, Planning, Operations team is responsibility for driving dedication with Partners by creating, managing, and implementing various programs and investments for scaling Cisco solutions. You will spend your time engaging with peers cross functionally, both internally and externally, to drive growth and activity investments that benefit both Cisco and our Partners.

Within Cisco, you will work with Engineers, Sales & Partner Account Managers, Finance and Global Operations.

Who You Are

  • Synthesize a large amount of data and summarize findings; focus to prioritize and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Interest in adapting methodologies to Cisco's cultural and organizational specificities
  • See and plan the big picture including validated understanding of how the different pieces interconnect with each other through projects and work
  • Work well with the leadership and sales teams and have strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to learn a business subject fast and collaborate across organizations
  • Design and build insightful analyses and reports using Tableau and/or Salesforce

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • Recent experience as a Business/Financial Analyst
  • Expertise in building Business Intelligence Dashboards and reports for Sales Function using Salesforce and/or Tableau
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, teaming environment within the Technology Industry
  • Strong financial and analytic skills and experience working in a highly matrixed organization
