Cisco seeks expert Account Managers for enterprise accounts.

This position requires a strong aptitude for identifying customer business needs and for building relationships with primary influencers in the purchasing decision process. An ability to understand and work with organizations at all levels is also essential. You have extensive client-side experience or industry experience in a similar role, and is comfortable with developing mid- and long-term strategy, budgeting and other business needs, you are who we are looking for! Job purpose

Building demand for Cisco Solutions and driving business relevance within the customer's key decision makers. Contribute toward and Execute against the sales strategy, managing and developing key Client relationships to improve Cisco wallet-share and profitability. Driving to exceed team goals as well as hitting personal targets, contributing to overall profitability, success and positive image of Cisco in the marketplace. Provide vision and leadership to in-country teams, improve sales team efficiency through strong leadership and productivity improvements Leads major cross-functional projects affecting Cisco business, product, or service leadership, articulate product and services strategies.

Key responsibilities

Will be responsible for handling strategic relationship with IT and business area of enterprise accounts.

Driving Business Relevant /Customer Value Selling, Strategic Account Planning, Business Disciplines and Challenger Sales strategies while ensuring alignment of current Area and Theater priorities.

Driving Sales Achievement - Focusing on account and resource planning and allocation to drive sales attainment numbers. Accurately forecasting your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams; driving profitable growth.

One Winning Team Engagement - Effectively facilitating joint initiatives with cross-functional teams (Services, Customer Value Acceleration team, Capital, Partners, etc.) and strategically engaging cross functional resources to achieve their goals and hit their numbers.

Skills and experience required

  • Education to degree level
  • Formal training in sales techniques
  • Demonstrable experience selling complex technical solutions to executive management.
  • Ability to network within a client organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers.
