What Youll Do

As a team member, you will work closely with our Service Creation team and in theatre Managed Service Leaders to accelerate newly launched services to market. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a phenomenal teammate who is highly execution focused and strategic with a clear vision of how to accelerate Managed Service sales
  • Be a collaborator who can build positive relationships and influence others to meet our objectives.
  • Have sales knowledge and contacts with understanding of Cisco field sales.
  • Possess Managed Services knowledge
  • Consistent track record in Managed Service sales
  • Be a dynamic sales execution leader with aspirations to break new ground
  • Build strategic relationships with Managed Service leaders and Cisco sellers
  • Show excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade, using simple communications that convey sophisticated concepts in a compelling, concise, inspiring and creative way.
  • Strong executive presence and proven track record to build credibility and relationships with partner and Cisco sellers.
  • Be a strategic and creative problem solver adapt at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.
  • Instill a coordinated collaborative culture and values broad diversity of people and perspectives..
  • Be flexible, with a start-up mentality. Your day-to-day responsibilities may change, though you will always be aligned to driving services acceleration.

Who Youll Work With

Join the team working at the heart of Ciscos transformation to recurring revenue and lifecycle selling. Services is a $14B+ business for Cisco and is essential to providing customer value and delivering business outcomes. As customers adapt to the new norm and embark on their digital transformation, they are looking for companies who can help them move faster.

Our team is looking for leaders who are excited by the opportunities in the big picture and can waste no time. You set the pace and bring the sales teams around you along on the Managed Service journey by focusing on sales acceleration.

In this role, you will join the regions Managed Services team to accelerate new and existing offerings for Managed Services through a set of focused partners. You will work closely with Cisco field sales to make a Managed Service activities an integral part of their business plan.

You will work with cross functional groups to develop high growth initiatives that can scale across the region. Being curious, thinking big and exploring diverse ideas is a must!

Requirements

  • A Bachelors Degree is required MBA is preferred with a minimum of 5+ years related experience
  • A strong understanding of Managed Services and sales acceleration
  • Led sales campaign creation and execution ideally in a Managed Service environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and a desire to work in collaborative environment.
