Auto req ID: 240408BR Job Description Rockstar Energy Brand is seeking a dynamic, highly collaborative and creative marketer with a passion for brand building & marketing communications. The ideal candidate will have experience in traditional and digital/social advertising, creative development, project management, strategic planning, and cultural relevance in the energy category. The ideal candidate is a good teammate and strong leader, capable of influencing cross-functional team members. The Associate Manager will be supporting tentpole trademark communications focused on seasonal programs and assigned product campaigns for the Energy brand. This will not be limited to campaign and content development, project management, creative partner management, media partner management, packaging design ownership, and internal stakeholder leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for you to help drive consumer engagement across brand big bets creating media to shelf initiatives with strong consumer pull through. Responsibilities include: Bringing our ongoing 2020 Rockstar Energy Brand communication strategy to life, focused on key assigned tentpoles and workstreams Leaning into the culture; identifying opportunities throughout sports, music, and entertainment broadly to increase consumer engagement Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consumer engagement plans to bring our energy beverages to life via the brands cultural pillars such as sports, lifestyle, culture, music, etc. Partner with energy portfolio counterparts to ensure cohesive brand plans, flawless in-store execution, and strong plans for 2020 and beyond Own Rockstar Energy Brand Comms budget planning and control Responsible for building IRI analysis and reports to support business decisions Skills & Capabilities: Leverage a high-energy approach to build trusted relationships with agency partners Is solution-oriented and willing to think outside the box to solve problems Interest & acumen for numbers & data Have a constant pulse on culture and understand where Rockstar Energy can make an impact Self-starter with strong ownership, able to work independently on projects Solid organizational and project management skills able to establish priorities, strong detailed execution and ability to multi-task Advanced Keynote/PowerPoint skills & able to build a clear & strategic deck to share plans with key stakeholders Excellent in managing short term goals with long terms priorities for the business A combination of Beverage and/or CPG Industry Marketing experience is an asset#LI Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree required MBA preferred 3+ years of brand marketing experience. consumer-packaged goods, retail preferred Strong knowledge/expertise of consumer marketing, insights, brand & portfolio strategy and project management Customer management experience and/or proven ability to inspire trust and influence senior stakeholders Experience in working with IRI data panel Knowledge/expertise/aptitude in creative agency management and the ability to mobilize a diverse team of internal and external constituents Strong verbal/written communication and project management skills Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
