As the Revenue Strategy Implementation Manager at Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA), you will be developing, aligning, and executing the channel strategy that optimizes our growth in the marketplace. This strategy will rely heavily on effective price pack management and deep understanding of our customer dynamics and promotional architectures. This role will report to the Director - Revenue Strategy Implementation and work in close collaboration with the Sales, Finance, and broader Revenue Strategy teams (promotional optimization, capability, division). Key Responsibilities Generate key insights regarding PBNAs consumers and market position Develop category and pack solutions to grow revenues and margin, ahead of category for PBNA and Retailers Effectively plan and implement key package architectures, aligning more for less relationship across packages Support channel hedge management to maximize PBNAs performance Active partner & contributor to CCO customer teams, supporting implementation of Revenue StrategyLarge Format: Walmart Inc, Kroger, Costco, Target Small Format: 7Eleven, Circle K, Dollar General, Amazon Evaluate and validate opportunities through the QBP and AOP cycles Ensure effective Omni-Channel management, minimizing channel conflicts Utilize IRI, press to understand and share the profit pool across the complete value chain Provide support on ad-hoc projects and analysis as required Oversee the work prioritization of GBS team member Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree (MBA strongly preferred) Minimum 6 years of business experience in increasingly senior financial, sales, revenue management or strategic roles; ideally in a CPG environment Strong understanding of existing databases (notably IRI and PRESS) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, PowerBI Preferred Qualifications Able to communicate and present financial information, trends, and strategies in a clear and persuasive manner to influence key stakeholders Independent thought leader and ability to collaborate with key cross-functional and divisional partners Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment Excellent project management, prioritization, and time management skills Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
