As a Revenue Management Pack Price Architecture Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Pack Price Architecture for one of the beverage categories under the Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) business unit. By understanding our consumers and our retail customers and using your revenue management expertise you will direct the PBNA Commercial growth strategy by identifying portfolio opportunities and developing the corporate pricing and promotion guidance for our products. The Revenue Management Pack Price Architecture Senior Manager will lead strategic thinking and problem-solving - structuring problems, analytical framing and modeling, generating insights and recommendations to develop and optimize the long-term revenue strategy for some of our biggest beverage brands (i.e. Gatorade, Pepsi, Dew, Starbucks, Lipton, Rockstar). As the key pricing leader on the category team, this cross-functional role is your opportunity to take your sales, marketing, financial, and analytical skills to the next level with endless possibilities! Major Tasks & Key Responsibilities: Works closely with Sales & Marketing, Brand Teams, Divisions and Insights teams to lead Occasion-based pack assortment development and create long term revenue management strategy through Pack Price Architecture Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance & other PepsiCo divisions to drive Long-Term net revenue growth across the organization Primary change agent for volume and profitability growth through Package Mix Develop Revenue Management plan for Long-Term and Annual strategies Active-Participant in Innovation Process Set Omni Channel Pricing for Innovation Launches#LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements Basic Requirements: Bachelors Degree Required 4+ years of progressive responsibilityPreferred Qualifications: MBA preferred Experience with the Innovation process Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management Strong influencing skills Results-oriented with the ability to initiate and lead projects to completion Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications#LI-USA Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Limited Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
