Auto req ID: 237563BR Job Description While the preference is for this position to be based at our World Headquarters in Purchase, NY, we are open to having the associate located within driving distance to one of our headquarter hub locations in Chicago, IL or Plano, TX, division hubs in Orlando, FL or Irvine, CA or PCT hubs in Mason, OH, Rogers, AK, Minneapolis, MN or Nashville, TN. As a Revenue Growth Capability Director at Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA), you will be a key commercial contact responsible for providing the revenue management expertise and recommendations that enable effective decision-making within the business. The Revenue Growth Capability Director will design short and long term road map for Revenue capabilities (tools, process) and lead project development through to implementation inclusive of training plan to embed all change programs successfully within PBNA. In addition, this role will help to optimize the longer-term revenue strategy and will have significant exposure to the PBNA senior executive team. Major Tasks & Key Responsibilities: Build Revenue capability vision to deliver against PBNAs commercial objectives Collaborates across the business to define the long-term revenue capability roadmap Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing & Insights, & HR Performs periodic revenue management capability assessments and subsequent action plans to address gaps and enhance capabilities Elevates revenue growth management tools/practices to stay ahead of the industry by benchmarking against both internal and external organizations Serves as Center of Excellence for PBNA Revenue Management reporting & analytics; works with Division counterparts to drive national agenda across the organization Partners with BIS/IT team to scope out and design tools to advance Revenue Management capabilities across the organization in a consistent & efficient manner Scans the industry and delivers value-added insights on competitive developments. Best Practice Sharing and Tools Hub Owner related to Revenue Growth Management Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree required 8+ years of progressive responsibilityPreferred Qualifications: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes Ability to function effectively in a matrixed organization and collaborate cross-functionally Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management Strong influencing skills with the ability to gain the cooperation of various individuals/teams without formal authority Results-oriented with the ability to initiate and lead projects to completion Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement Prior managerial experience is a plus Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects Experience overseeing multi-functional project teams Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house and third-party software applications Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
