Sodexo is seeking a Retail/Catering Manager for Hazelden Betty Ford located in Center City, MNFor more than 70 years, Hazelden Betty Ford treatment centers have been at the forefront of providing lifesaving, compassionate care and specialized services to help people from all walks of life find freedom from addiction. Today, with headquarters on the lakeside campus in Center City,where it all began in 1949, the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation has 15 alcohol and drug treatment centers throughout the United States, with locations in Minnesota, California, Oregon, Illinois, Florida, Washington and New York. 

 

The ideal candidate will have an exceptional retail food service and catering background. This individual will have the ability to drive sales, is a customer focused, innovative leader with exceptional financial acumen as well as demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and meet financial objectives.

We are looking for candidates who will:

  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly-paid), staff;
  • deliver high quality food service and develop strategic plans
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • oversee cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenance;
  • ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed;
  • conduct retail brand standard audits (in-house and national brands);
  • maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands);
  • own and drive the operational excellence of the catering department and communicates a clear sense of strategy and purpose;
  • develop and execute catering initiatives to drive sales growth and achieve catering revenue forecasts;
  • manage vendor relationships and compliance; 
  • maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place.

Position Summary

Responsible for food quality & customer service in an operation that may have branded concepts or other retail offerings. Directs the work of hourly & supervisory food service workers.Key Duties- Ensures there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.- Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.- Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.- Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.- Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery. - Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers.   

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements
