Defense

The Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.


Responsibilities

Administers Human Resources policies as a generalist, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Responsible for a the following areas: recruitment, succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or training and development. . Administers various human resources plans and programs, such as new hire orientation, training and development, and the performance management process. Implements employee retention initiatives. Conducts exit interviews to collect data.


Qualifications

Requires 5 to 7 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD

Secret clearance
