RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support of end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant.

AT&T has an opening for resource manager to support multiple programs within the IC

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities (use short bullets): We are looking for someone to join a small dedicated team in providing timely and excellent service to our AT&T employees, our vendors, our apprentices and our leadership.

The duties listed below are a small sampling of the daily tasking that is required to support multiple large programs within the Intelligence community.

+ Responsible for managing the alignment of AT&T and program HR policies, processes, and guidelines. Confers advice and counsel in delivering HR policy interpretation and administration within contract parameters

+ Assist in creation and presentation of personnel/employee relations policies for the program, and evaluation/audit of current policies and programs for continual improvement.

+ Communicate with Management, technical, and staffing personnel for any questions regarding off-boarding AT&T personnel to include handling of terminations (Performance Commitment & our internal ATT TSCO process).

+ Communicate with managers to provide coaching/guidance for managers regarding the counseling of AT&T / subcontract personnel

+ Assist in continual process improvement of the staffing process

+ Conduct exit interviews, gathering pertinent information towards retention strategies

+ Assist in the development of personnel retention programs

+ Address all benefits related questions for current and incoming AT&T employees.

+ Assist with program startup, transition and long-term maintenance of personnel

+ Attend/lead staffing meetings and capture relevant meeting notes regarding HR policies, employee counseling and general personnel related questions.

+ Provided ad hoc support for general resource management needs to include recruiting support, interviewing/screening candidates etc.

Required Clearance: Able to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph. (#clearable)

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

+ Proficient in MS Office Suite

+ Must work well in a team environment

+ Sharp attention to detail

+ Task oriented

+ Strong written/verbal communication skills

+ Flexible in stressful situations

+ Adaptable to changing environments and tasking

Desired Qualifications: Background in staffing, customer service or HR related functions preferrable within the IC
