In this newly created position, the Research Partner will drive outsized value to key executives and member organizations within Advisory Board Research. The Research Partner will go toe-to-toe with health care executives bringing thought partnership and insight-driven delivery on the topics they care about most. The Research Partner will thoughtfully architect service plans and research solutions and will personally deliver content and insights to executive teams.

  • Account Ownership"""

    • Serve as the senior-most Research account owner for 10+ Research portfolios
    • """
    • Be directly accessible to client executives
    • """
    • Create, synthesize and execute on solutions for key member challenges
    • """
    • Represent the Research account internally in pan-Optum portfolio discussions.

  • Drive Executive Value""

    • Deepen and grow key client CXO relationships through thought partnership
    • """
    • Develop a deep understanding of client executive priorities and design/package/deliver research insights, tools and solutions that are meaningful

  • Expert Resource""

    • Enhance thought partnership by maintaining expertise in the Strategy terrain including fluency in research content and point-of-view and by staying current on topics impacting the industry

    • Facilitate on-site presentations and delivery content (e.g. SOU)

  • Service Plan Design""

    • Work with terrain level experts to scope research services and ensure integration and coordination with overarching service plan strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
  • ""
  • 8+ years of relevant business development, research, and/or service delivery experience
  • ""
  • Understanding of strategic and operational issues facing hospital and health system executives, and excitement about the opportunity to focus on research and its ability to transform and help shape the health care market
  • ""
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
  • ""
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location, however, may be required to work from home temporarily due to space limitations
  • ""

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
