We are seeking a Senior Analytics Coordinator, for our Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) team. This role will work closely with the Vice President of Analytics, HEOR to manage a portfolio of analytic initiatives and workstreams focused on developing innovative solutions to enhance healthcare delivery. The Senior Analytics Coordinator will provide administrative and project management support to the Vice President and will lead, direct, and participate in infrastructure projects to standardize project processes, implement quality assurance practices, and achieve efficient and reliable delivery of high-quality analytic results. The Senior Analytics Coordinator will also serve as the analytic team liaison to the legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs team.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • At the direction of the Vice President of Analytics, lead and direct infrastructure projects to drive the efficiency and quality of the analytic teams work
  • ""
  • Support analytics team initiatives through management of project timelines, creation of project documentation, coordination of team meetings, and creation of key deliverables and outputs
  • ""
  • Serve as liaison to the legal, compliance and regulatory affairs team and support projects to ensure analytic team compliance with corporate data governance policies, as well as contractual and regulatory obligations
  • ""
  • Produce reports on the status of projects in the analytics team backlog using management software like Aha!
  • ""
  • Prepare quarterly slide decks for clinical and research teams to review the status of analytic projects and initiatives
  • ""
  • Manage the logistics for analytics town hall meetings, training sessions, webinars, and analytics leadership team meetings
  • ""
  • Collaborate within cross-disciplinary research teams including business-facing leaders and expert domain scientists to support execution of analytics projects and initiatives
  • ""
  • Assist in preparing slide decks for internal meetings, as well as presentations for meetings with external collaborators and presentations at scientific meetings and conferences
  • ""
  • Assist with preparation of final protocols, reports, manuscripts, posters and presentations through technical writing, document editing, and creation of tables and figures for posters and manuscripts
  • ""
  • Support submission to and presentation at scientific meetings
  • ""
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation and files
  • ""
  • Review, track and manage analytic deliverables for completeness and accuracy

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant research project management experience
  • ""
  • Working knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and human-subjects protection
  • ""
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, and Excel
  • ""
  • Expertise in Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint
  • ""
  • Established ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • ""
  • Skilled with formatting posters and manuscripts for conferences and journals
  • ""
  • Established ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ""
  • Established ability to work on multiple tasks
  • ""
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
  • ""
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • ""
