The Reporting Business Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates the business needs in support of WellMeds strategic initiatives. This position assists with configuration of the TruCare application. Configuration requests are managed to meet delegation and regulatory requirements. The position collaborates with the TruCare user community for feedback on system improvements. This position will support ad hoc Medical Management reporting including database queries, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and stakeholder analysis in support of business operations goals. The position collaborates with project managers, business sponsors and others to ensure goals and objectives are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with project management principles and techniques
  • ""
  • 3+ years of data report design, implementation and analytics within a SQL environment
  • ""
  • 3+ years of experience working with related software in a reporting and/or configuration capacity
  • ""

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or commensurate experience

  • Experience with various reporting analytical tools (SSRS, Qlikview, Tableau, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Jasper and Jasper Soft Studio

  • Working knowledge of SQL syntax and SQL Reporting Services
  • ""
  • Knowledge of TruCare and MCG medical software applications
  • ""
  • Advanced computer skills including Excel automation and proficiency with Visio

The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to 116,000.
