Auto req ID: 238412BR Job Description As a Reporting and Analytics Analyst, you will support transformation strategy and provides insightful analysis of business activity related to Payment Services Functions (AP, T&E, and Payroll) within PepsiCo North America Shared Services (NASS). Key responsibilities include support of process automation, developing data visualizations to support metrics and KPIs, and providing scalable, sustainable reporting solutions. The position is also responsible for addressing performance gaps and opportunities through various technologies and performing ad hoc analyses that facilitate problem-solving and influence sound decision-making by the Business Units served by NASS. Primary customers include NASS leadership and associates, divisional controllers, and PepsiCo cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Explore data, leverage ETL tools (Alteryx, Tableau Prep), or enhance applications to transform Use in-depth knowledge and expertise with various (SQL) querying and reporting tools (Celonis, Teradata, TOAD, RapidSQL) and languages to mine, consolidate, and analyze data for ad hoc requests and research assignments Deliver periodic reports, maintain reporting solutions (macros, BW, RPA), and support legal and audit requests Provide period/quarterly scorecards and metrics and analyze business performance to proactively identify risks/opportunities Optimize or automate processes by developing solutions, or collaborating across teams Research, analyze and explain transactional exceptions, patterns, and impacts relative to Accounts Payable, T&E, and Payroll functions Ensure all processes operate within a well-controlled environment, including compliance with data security and access policies, systems security and access policies, and process controls; Ensure execution and verification of key operating and SOX controls The successful candidate will possess advanced technical acumen and excellent analytical skills, and be capable of building collaborative relationships to work effectively with others and drive for results in a dynamic environment. Qualifications/Requirements Degree in related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, etc) preferred 3+ years of relevant business experience and practical exposure in some of the following roles: automation development, backend reporting development, data mining and root cause analysis, summary and interpretation of financial data This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications; Critically analyze problems, evaluate options, and implement change Proficient in MS office suite, especially Excel Strong analytical skills with high attention to quality and detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) preferred ERP system reporting experience, preferably in both Oracle and SAP; BW and Teradata experience a plus Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
