Sodexo is seeing a Per Diem Registered Dietitian for Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL. This is a 150-bed acute care facility and this position will primarily provide inpatient clinical coverage as well as support their outpatient center as needed.  No Weekends Required.

The successful candidate will:

• Provide clinical nutrition/outpatient support for a variety of patient populations;
• Educate health care team members, including physicians and nurses;
• Be a Registered Dietitian (or be in the process of obtaining);
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Good time management skills be a self-starter and a team player; and
• The ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff.

Position Summary

Knowledge of nutrition care principles for acutely or chronically ill patients/residents within specialty areas (e.g., pediatrics, diabetes, cardiovascular). Excellent communication and counseling skills.
