Under general supervision from the Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Operations, the Regional Vice President (RVP) will be responsible for operational oversight and management of Genoa Directors of Pharmacy Operations withintheir designated Regions.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Accountablefor P/L of pharmacy operations within the Midwest division of the company.
  • ""
  • Lead, train and mentor Field based Directors of Pharmacy Operations.
  • ""
  • Monitor allPharmacy Operations key performance measures including script and consumer growth targets, adherence, net promotor scores and regulatory compliance measures.
  • ""
  • Ensure compliance with all Board of Pharmacy, Federal / DEA, OSHA laws and regulations.
  • ""
  • Responsible for ensuring Genoa pharmacy programs and care models are implemented and executed according to Genoa operational expectations.
  • ""
  • Development and execution of annualbusiness plan and financial budget.
  • ""
  • Participate in business strategy and forecasting sessions as part of annual business planning process.
  • ""
  • Implement key initiatives and partner with internal and external stakeholders in the development, implementation and ongoing management new products and programs.
  • ""
  • Accountable for financial performance of all Regions of responsibility. This includes correct staffing levels, inventory management, billing and collections, purchasing, profitability, etc.
  • ""
  • Build and maintain key external relationships including local health plan leaders, clinic partners including: CEO, Medical Director, and other Clinical Leadership roles and other state and locally based community leaders.

  • Responsible for continued growth of all Regions through implementation of new programs, increasing script penetration at sites and capturing opportunities outside of the facility.

  • Provide ongoing, continuous management oversight as a coach who is concerned with the growth and development of Directors and employees.

  • Communicate and collaborate with other RVPs to ensure the coordination and execution of corporate strategy and initiatives.

  • Oversee compliance with all HIPAA rules and regulations.

Educational or Skills Requirements:

""
    ""
  • BS Pharmacy or PharmD required
  • ""
  • Five plus years of successful management experience in pharmacy operations experience in community, LTC or institutional practice required
  • ""
  • Proven track record of leadership, accomplishment and strong financial results
  • ""
  • Ability to be proficient with technology, smartphone, Microsoft Office, and e-mail
  • ""
  • Proven track record of P/L management of pharmacy/healthcare multi-site operations
  • ""
  • Demonstrated clinical/healthcare experience within complex and/or behavioral health populations
  • ""
  • Experience with Medicare and Medicaid managed care environments preferred.
  • ""
  • Demonstrated experience motivating and developing leaders.
  • ""
  • Demonstrated success in change management and strategic business planning experience is highly preferred.
  • ""
  • Availability and willing to travel up to 80% of the time
  • ""
  • Position location office based or remote but within theCentral time zone near a major US airport.
