Auto req ID: 275033BR Job Description The Regional TPM / Engineering Manager is a critical leader for the Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) organization. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of TPM, as well as the development and management of plant capital, expense, and corporate projects. This role is responsible for providing overall coordination for the implementation of productivity initiatives within the beverage manufacturing locations in the Central Division of PBNA operations. It is also responsible for ensuring all internal and external resources are aligned against the priorities of the business including: Safety, Quality, Production Efficiency, Cost and Customer Service, for both manufacturing and warehousing. Champion resource conservation initiatives by serving as the SME and plant lead for facility requirements, including water, electric and natural gas reduction tactics Understand, implement and support a strong plant Steering Team as the hub of all plant actions. Generate a pipeline of projects to deliver productivity and plant facility stewardship within a multi-year project planning cycle Must demonstrate leadership and influence management skills and be able to function effectively in a cross-functional team environment COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Please note that all such company vaccine requirements provide the opportunity to request an approved accommodation or exemption under applicable law Compensation & Benefits: The expected salary range is $110,000 - $130,000 Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% paid out annually Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement Other benefits, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage Manufacturing (TPM and Engineering experience preferred) Degree: Bachelors Degree (preferred) Must have thorough knowledge of processing and packaging equipment to effectively lead technical resources to successfully maintain production line equipment to achieve high levels of productivity. Must possess strong financial control skills to support plant efforts in successful cost and capital planning performance. Self starter with ability to develop strategies in line with an overall business vision. Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop personnel and strategically plan for continuous improvement. Must be able to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization (from operators to Vice President level) and have the ability to influence others across multiple levels of the organization. Department management experience is preferred Working knowledge of engineering construction specifications and standards Maintain communications with other PBNA Regions and facilities in sharing \"best practices\" to drive results and capability development consistency Provide technical leadership to and partner with the Operations Department to effect improvement on production lines. Participate in development of strategies and in guidance of the operations to achieve proposed business True Efficiency (TE) objectives through loss elimination, technical capability building and job efficiency and involvement.
