The role of the Regional Small Business Marketing lead is to build a regional plan aligned to a standardized global small business sales and marketing strategy to deliver on mutually defined campaigns, tactics and initiatives that drive customer and partner outcomes in the region.

You will work tops down with your global peers and bottoms up with the countries to elevate best practices and scale across the other regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Sales & Marketing stakeholder management to align on plans and be the voice of small marketing.
  • Keeping the APJC SB Community updated on plans and activities
  • Regional campaign execution plans through the Countries
  • Supporting Countries and giving guidance on any local executions/initiatives
  • Paid media planning with local and global teams
  • Regional eCommerce and Amazon activation in region aligned with global strategy
  • Regional SB VDC Plans and creating a demand strategy for Small
  • Own Regional SB Advocacy Plan, works with Countries to recruit and grow advocates and identify key local small business stories
  • Ensure the critical elements of the activation plan are aligned to support the objectives of the Global SB Journey - Content Strategy, Personalisation Strategy, Audience Strategy, Channel Strategy, Metrics & Reporting Strategy, etc
  • Collaborate across Global Segment teams to implement the SB Journey
  • Regionally focused SB Events eg Web Summit, Cisco Live, SpiceWorld
  • SB Regional RTM Plan
  • Good understanding of different RTM targeting SB segment including Distribution, Partners, SPaaCH and MSPs
  • Collaborate with Regional Distribution & Partner Marketing teams to drive demand via Channel
  • Monthly, quarterly reporting and read-outs on regional performance
  • Work with key stakeholder groups to implement a process of continuous optimisation and innovation around the SB Journey

  • Strong virtual team leader who can work across boundaries and teams
  • Strong marketeer who understands the Small Landscape in APJC and has good relationships with Sales
  • Open to ideas and willing to share best practices with your other regional colleagues and also apply their ideas to your Geo
  • Results driven, knowledgeable on performance, data and insights
  • Happy to work across timezones to participate in team calls (1-2 late nights per week)
  • Digital Marketing -savvy
