  • Serve as a leader on the IEX Regional Product Team providing expertise and best practices on product filing, implementation, and ongoing management
  • ""
  • Provide mentorship and coaching for a growing team of Regional Product Managers implementing a growing portfolio of individual market products; support the development of Regional Product Manager staff to achieve business goals
  • ""
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and build best practices for efficient and effective translation of product strategy into product implementation and filing
  • ""
  • May have direct responsibility for specific markets, including developing and maintaining single source of truth for all offerings, building regulatory filings for all market products with CMS and state regulators, and responding to state objections during filing season
  • ""
  • Support IEX "wargames" to evolve and refine processes to build local market knowledge and engagement in national product framework
  • ""
  • Identify any areas of regulatory advocacy and work with regulatory team to drive it forward

Required Qualifications:

    ""
  • Undergraduate degree
  • ""
  • 8+ years of relevant healthcare experience in product or program management role
  • ""
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in product strategy, product development and / or implementation
  • ""
  • Experience managing teams and developing staff
  • ""
  • Demonstrated capability to navigate matrix stakeholders to drive collective success
  • ""
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • ""
