Auto req ID: 243810BR Job Description The RPM is responsible for supporting WHD Process and customer service activities across the North Division (Mt Top Region, Carlisle Region, Indianapolis Region) to include warehouse and transport operations. Customer Service: Provide regional support as well as local focus to support the execution of the promotional activity, the seasonal volume builds, DOH and inventory requirements in order to deliver customer service targets. Help develop and execute tactics such as order moves to manage site or division-level space, capacity, and labor constraints. Provide a primary point of contact between the Site Managers and CSC teams to identify, communicate, and resolve challenges or issues. Lead and direct Site Performances resources and Customer Service Resources to ensure that customer service targets are met. Establish tracking and performance reporting to provide timely visibility of past performance and future risk/outlook to Division and Site leadership, Customer Service Teams, and end customers (where appropriate). Maintain strong relationship with Transport teams to address service challenges or carrier issues Productivity and Efficiency Provide oversight, review, and coordination of LSS training and project execution Evaluate processes across sites and help develop and implement consistent standardized procedures across the division Order Management Dock Scheduling (Outbound and Inbound Management) Order Consolidation & Payload Management Support regional projects service, financial, integration, capability development Work effectively in managing relationships with all contracted third parties to meet service targets Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree in supply chain-related field is required Five years of experience in warehousing operations, distribution, or supply chain function Highly developed sense of responsibility and results orientation. Must be able to balance multiple priorities in a face-paced, dynamic environment Possess excellent organization skills with a high level of attention to detail while maintaining focus on strategic thinking on Region/Network capability and service enhancement Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment with demonstrated results in Bringing Others with you.
